Adam Croasdell thinks it’s “lovely” when female fans come on to him.
The hunky ‘EastEnders’ actor – who played womanising Dr. Al Jenkins in the BBC One show – is regularly approached by women who tease him about his portrayal of the hunky GP and tempt him to check their heart rate.
He said: “I have actually had quite a lot of that, ‘Doctor, will you feel my heart’. It’s very funny, and actually it makes me laugh. It’s a lovely thing.”
While Adam doesn’t mind the attention, his friends have found it harder to come to terms with his heartthrob status.
He laughed: “My friends think it’s hilarious. I don’t take it very seriously, when I’m out in public and people come up to me. I’ll always say hi and have my picture taken with them but my mates think it’s hilarious.”
